I receive the following neutral feedback from my customer
"""I had ordered the wrong item and tried to contact the seller re. a replacement correct item I contacted the seller on 16/2/2017 and to date have had no response""""
I check and did not receive any email OR return Request from this customer .I also contact the customer so many time but He is not response....

put a feedback removal request into seller support

How I can do that sorry I am new on AMAZON and don't know...

Also open a case with Seller Support explaining that you have NOT received any messages from your customer and he is not responding to yours.

...and then cross your fingers and hope instead of being sure something so obviously wrong will be removed immediately
