I have contacted seller support and was told to contact them via this link http://services.amazon.co.uk/standards/contact-us/ (quite strange)
I have received no answer. I have also send email to [email protected], again no answer.
I am approved to sell in health category and I can remember that application process was much easier and.
I would really appreciate any help.

I have gone through some of the steps starting on this page by clicking the request approval button:
Clothing and haven't been asked to log in anywhere else. Could you log out of your seller account and back in again before clicking the link.
Please let me know if you need more help with this.

I have tested the link on 3 different browsers and haven't had any issues. Have you tried clearing your cache? This might help. I would advise to log out of all Amazon accounts and clear your cache.
Then go to this page to log in: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/homepage.html? and use this link to access the clothing approval page: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/help.html/ref=id_201238950_cont_200333160?ie=UTF8&itemID=201238950&language=en_GB.
