How can I change my visa card to accept payments?

Amazon Seller Topics
I am wanting to change my visa card to accept payments, how can I do this?

I don't think you can. Amazon payments are made into a bank account. The card is registered with Amazon in case you owe them at the time when disbursements are usually made, i.e. you have refunded more than you sold.

Thanks for your post.

The information from Apricot Whirl is correct. I am afraid there is no way for us to pay money towards your credit card, it needs to be sent to a bank account.

I hope this helps but please let me know if you have more questions.

I may have worded it wrong.I no longer have the debit card I used to receive payments.I have a new card that I want to use but don't know have to cancel the original and add the new one.

You need to go into your Seller Account settings and first add a new card then delete the old one afterwards.

Thanks for your reply, I'm sorry for misunderstanding your first post.

You don't need to delete your current card, you can add a new card which will replace it.
You will need to log into your seller account and click on this link: Charge Method. You can then click on the little circle just below Or, Enter a New Credit Card and Billing Address and enter your new card details and address and then click on Submit.

I hope this helps but please do let me know if you have more questions.

I am still not sure if I understand you. Is this debit card for the account that Amazon pay money into for sales that you make on Amazon? If so, then it is only the account details that are important, i.e. the sort code and account number. If the card is just a replacement for one that has run out, but still the same bank and account details, then you don't need to do anything. If it is a different account then you need to go to settings > Deposit method > edit > add account. After this, I am not sure if the account needs to be checked and verified by Amazon before you can delete the old one, or if you can just set the new one to the primary account.
If it is the card Amazon would use to collect money from you, for when your refunds plus charges are more than your sales, then forget what I have said above and follow Jessica's suggestions.
If I have made things more confusing for you, continue to post questions on here.

Thank you for all your help everyone.Problem solved.
