Where and How do I report someone?

Amazon Seller Topics
Hi there,

I'm selling a couple of things and had some activity with a person,

He sent me his email address and said could he have some pictures, I sent him pictures (different from my amazon email) .... later I get these emails saying Amazon payment etc etc

and also another message from him

"I just want to inform you that i went ahead to make payment for your item a short while ago and i have finished the procedure for the check-out and i believe amazon would notify you as soon as possible, am sending this item as a gift to my self via Special Delivery Guaranteed or Global priority and i don't want you to write the content on the package because it is expected to be a surprise gift, you may just write gift item on it.I have promised that i am going to surprise him on his birthday and i don't want to disappoint him this time with his birthday hope to hear from you soon."

Then he listed his address and name (not sure I should post it but screw it)

here is my client address below

{address removed}

i will be awaiting your reply as soon as possible concerning postage details.

So I want to know how to report this guy and get his account banned and his IP banned.

Thanks In Advanced

This is a well-known and well-documented type of scam - the "buyer" probably doesn't even have an Amazon buyer account,

Always reply to messages via your Amazon account (you can add attachments such as pictures), never through your email software. And always check if the emails are in your buyer messages area.

Amazon never include the delivery address in SDN emails, so never post anything if you get such an email.

Simply forward the email/s to: [email protected] and delete them

Cheers
Alison

I would tip off the company at that address what their service is being used for

They are a freight forwarding company .. and their January offer is goods sent from London to Lagos for £3.30 a kilo

The person contacting you is unlikely to have an Amazon account
