I received my first FBA sale today but on my dashboard it's all zero quantities for pending, and fulfilled by Amazon. Does anyone know why? I would think that Fulfilled by Amazon & pending count should be a 1. Maybe I need to do something?

I already had this happen on my other first order a couple days ago and it became cancelled after 2 days.

Thanks,
Igor

Pending Orders

Here are some of the most common reasons for orders being in Pending status:
  • Amazon has been unable to obtain authorization for the buyer's credit card.
  • For an FBA order, the buyer has qualified for free shipping and the order is waiting for all of the order items to be gathered.
  • For an FBA order, if the order is for multiple items but one item is out of stock, even if Amazon chooses to split the order and send the in-stock FBA Unit(s), the order will still show Pending status.

You can check on your Pending Orders by clicking on Advanced Order Search, and then the check box to Include pending orders.

I do check them frequently.

To clarify the question - when you go to your seller's dashboard and look to the right where the sales are, I see under sales summary 1 sale with a dollar quantity for today.

When I look to the left side, under "Your Orders" there are only zeroes for everything (see attachment). Shouldn't there be a 1 for Fulfilled by Amazon -> In last day? Or does that get incremented only when Amazon ships the order?

Why are all those values 0 when I had a sale, that's what I am trying to figure out.

Thanks,
Igor

Those are never in sync. Don't waste your time trying to "reconcile" them.

If you want an accurate "snapshot" of your orders, use the All Orders Report.

Igor,
did you solve this problem?
because i have the same situation.

Thanks, Elena

You will get an email from Amazon saying an item sold. Once you get that email, you will get paid minus Amazon fees every other week into your checking account. If you pull up that order number, it will display everything that customer ordered that was yours

Yes - it doesn't change right away...takes a day or so.
