Received a "Intellectual Property Violations" Warning For Disney Product

Amazon Seller Topics
Hello Sellers,

Currently, I received a "Intellectual Property Violations" Warning on a Disney Product "Frozen":

"We are writing to let you know that that we have removed this listing:

ASIN: B00LD8Q05M
Title: 2015 Frozen Academic Diary Planner Book

We took this action because these items may be in violation of this policy and your agreement with Amazon.com, both of which prohibit you from listing any items or other material that infringes any third party intellectual property rights.

Amazon.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and we strive to protect our customers from receiving infringing items. Please do not list the above referenced listings unless and until you have resolved this matter with the owner of the intellectual property in question and/or otherwise obtained the necessary rights to use the intellectual property in question.

To learn more about this policy, search “Intellectual Property Violations” in Seller Central Help.

We want to call your attention to this policy because violations may result in the removal of your Amazon.com selling privileges.

I bought the items from a licensed wholesaler, the items are authentic. They come with a licensed sticker (every sticker has a unique number), barcode. I can proof it to Amazon with all of my invoices, but I doubt that it's helpful to me.

I am selling Disney product majorly, and feeling insecure to sell them now. I don't know why Walt caught me even my item is authentic.

I am scared that my account will be suspended because of my authentic item.

Actually, can I appeal this matter?

I really need help and advance. Thank you sellers.

You need permission by Amazon to sell any "Frozen" products. The subject has been discussed over and over again on these forums. Do a search on Frozen and you will find no shortage of threads about the subject. Delete your frozen products if you have no permission by Amazon to sell these.

Before I offer advice on this such as list it on Ebay I would like to know if Disney is also freaking out on Ebay listings for "Frozen" products.

In answer to my own question it is listed on Ebay as well as half.com.

Amazon itself hit bitten by shipping counterfeit frozen to buyers. That's when they restricted frozen in mid-May. If one isn't approved to sell Frozen, I would not even list a frozen yogurt maker on Amazon right now.

OP, you have to have explicit permission from Amazon to list ANY Disney Frozen items.
