Where in the listing do I put a California Proposition 65 notice?

Amazon Seller Topics
Some Categories (like Grocery) have a Details option in the listing where you can mark "subject to California Proposition 65, click here for more info" or something like that. We sell mostly herbs and herbal products. The Personal & Health Care> Herbal Supplements Category does not have a Detail option for adding a Prop 65 notice to listings.

I have tried adding a Prop 65 blurb to the main Description, Legal Disclaimer, and Safety Warning sections, and it doesn't always display. Customers have been complaining that they were not warned before purchasing. They don't find out until we mail it and they read the label we stuck onto the item.

Please, can you suggest a place to put this disclaimer where California shoppers will see it every time, before making the purchase?

Thanks for your suggestions and wisdom.

From your inventory list, click 'Edit Details' from the 'Actions' drop down in front of the product you want to update. Go to the last tab 'More Details'. The Prop 65 notice should be found here.

In other categories, that location is true. But not all categories have that available. I don't want to list bulk herbs in the Grocery category just so I can have a Prop 65 button.

Some of ours are cooking herbs and spices. I forgot about those, they would certainly be appropriate there. Yes, thanks.
The rest are medicinal herbs.
