Argh - flagged for polybagging!

Amazon Seller Topics
We recently restocked a product we've previously sent to FBA. It is packaged in a hard plastic tube and we just add our sticker on the exterior of the tube. Now our latest shipment has been flagged for polybagging! Argh!

I initiated a support ticket about it, but I'm not sure how much good it will do. Does anyone have any idea how long FBA typically takes to do "unplanned services" nowadays? This hasn't happened to us before.

I don't think it is a mistake. Plastic items that can be crushed or cracked now often require poly bagging. I just pay the dollar fee and ship it naked.

I usually try to at least wear pants when shipping...At the request of my wife and kids.

Tide.

Probably an error, happens all the time. Open a case and request they reach out to the warehouse and confirm if item needs to poly bagged. Happens to us all the time.

One thing, if stickered, make sure you put the sticker on the tube so it is not wrapped across the tube but rather up and down the tube.

Followup: I received a support message saying that it was a mistake. Yippee! Now let's hope it stays that way.

Generally it stays that way as long as you ship to the same warehouse. Next time they change warehouses on you, you have to spin the roulette wheel again....

In this case, we were shipping again to the same warehouse. I guess we'll try to be sure to send enough it always goes to AVP1!
