Hello! I got banned from Amazon, on the complaint of the copyright holder. As a result of successful negotiations was withdrawn, 2 complaints and a written plan for Amazon. Now Amazon does not respond, wrote 4 letters with a description of why this happened and what I would do for that to happen again. Large, detailed and with details. This quest)))). Friends, anyone has successful letters or any advice in this situation?

Quick notes:

Appeals should be short, honest and to the point.

Do not keep sending appeals. WAIT for a response from SP, before sending another appeal. You are only given so many chances to respond and wasting them on duplicate responses is never wise.

It may take 30+ days for a response. You need to be patient.

Happened to me and was reinstated, contacting the rights holder is the first thing and it seems you did that. Post the suspension letter and see what other sellers say.

From our side we have made every effort to contact the rights holder, and we write 5 more emails, talked to their support via online chat. Tried to contact their legal Department, but to no avail.
In turn, we did not sell any of their product and did not receive any of the proceeds from sales to hurt them.
We ask that You help us in this situation and have the opportunity to work on Amazon. We developed a plan to tackle such problems and to prevent repetition of such situations: 1. We made an inventory of all our goods, with an indication of who is the manufacturer of products or provider of this, is it possible to sell the product freely available or requires a patent or permission for the sale of goods, to prevent such situations.
2. All our staff have received detailed instructions on proper adding products to our inventory with the requirements of the Amazon product. We read and implemented the knowledge gained from the Department for Amazon - "intellectual property infringement"
3. We are doing the right product photo and exact description of the features of this product.
4. All goods prior to listing, research on the subject of functionality and quality materials.
5. We monitor all stocks and to ensure that all products are in stock. This will avoid failures and customer dissatisfaction.
6. Responsive to the received orders, trying to quickly and carefully carry out the shipment.
7. All products before shipping are quality controlled and functionality of the product.
8. We will monitor the implementation phase the following delivery services ( USPS, UPS, etc.) and make sure that the packages are checked in the tracking system.
9. We understand the importance of standards of Amazon and the need to monitor the work and to do everything necessary to improve their performance.
10. Our team are friendly to our customers. We will quickly answer all questions from our customers, inform them about the feedback with us, so that we can be better for customers and improve customer service.I hope that this action plan will fix the problem, because of which our accounts have been blocked. Thank You for considering my appeal. We understand that we must learn from this incident and prevent it from ever happening in the future.

You were suspended for intellectual rights infringement but most of your appeal has nothing to do with that.

Amazon will not reinstate your account until the complaint is withdrawn. I wouldn't send any more communication to Amazon until the complaint is withdrawn as they could start ignoring your messages.

There are more and more cases that seem to be lacking the right holder's contact information.

This appears to be an Amazon generated complaint, rather than a complaint lodged by the right's holder.

I keep thinking it may have something to do with the new brand gating.

It may also be a customer complaint that triggered it.

I agree with you but the OP had this in their appeal which led me to believe that it was a rights holder complaint.

You're right. It also appears, if I am reading correctly, that first they stated the complaint was withdrawn and then the comments about not receiving a response.

Color me confused.

What product were you selling that got you in trouble?

I have had experience with this. It is hard to get the right answers.

Your plan of action does not address what you have done, will do, are doing. etc.

You need to be specific about the cause of the complaint. What steps you have taken to resolve the complaint.

Read Amazon's Best Business Practices. You need to really figure out what you did wrong etc. Then you will have success with the responses.

This does not answer their questions in the original suspension notice. All you have done is state things you should have been doing this whole time.
